Adecco Foundations, a CSR Program by Adecco Management and Consulting SA
The Adecco foundations are non-profit organization committed to helping disadvantaged people enter the labor market. Adecco has three foundations, one in France, Italy and Spain.
The Adecco Foundation France was created in 2002 and helps young people succeed in education and transition to employment. The foundation works with local non-profit organization to limit illiteracy, help children with homework, help teach youth basic work-related skills, and to help create easier access to school for young people with disabilities.
The Adecco Foundation Italy was created in 2001 and assists, supports, and trains disadvantaged people for integration into the labor market. The foundation has several partnerships and "finds employment for about 700 disabled people, over 2,500 single moms, 2,500 long-term unemployed and about 15,000 people aged over 40."
The Adecco Foundation Spain was created in 1999 and assists, supports and trains disadvantaged people for integration into the labor market. Through its partnerships, the foundation has found employment for about 800 disabled people, over 1,000 single mothers and about 14,000 people over 45-years-old.
