ADM Cares, a CSR Program by Archer Daniels Midland Co.

ADM Cares first started in 2009. The purpose of ADM Cares is to "target 1% of pretax earnings to support safe and responsible agricultural practices."

ADM Cares targets critical growing regions such as South America, North America, West Africa and Southeast Asia. In these areas, ADM Cares provides programs that will target health and safety for farm workers,
responsible chemicals use in the farms and preservation of environmental lands.
It will also help build a relationship between ADM empoyees and the community.
