Aisin Overseas Corporate Citizenship, a CSR Program by AISIN SEIKI Co., Ltd.

A major focus of Aisin Seiki’s Corporate Citizenship Activities is overseas activities. From creating an Aisin Scholarship Fund at Southern Illinois University in North America to donating money for winter clothes to regional welfare facilities for handicapped orphans in China, the company has a very diverse international csr policy.
One major program was the donation of aid materials to the Tobasco area of southeastern Mexico after severe flooding. Approximately 2 million yen of pharmaceuticals, food and water were donated.
Another program was a donation to a road safety campaign for German schoolchildren. The campaign was sponsored by police and featured free drawings and understandable road safety rules for the children. The materials were available at schools, medical facilities and other public places in Kassel, Germany.
These four examples show corporate citizenship on four different continents. Aisin Seiki’s corporate citizenship programs take a truly global approach to change.
