Asia Leadership Academy, a CSR Program by AEGON Group

In 2006, AEGON set up the AEGON Asia Leadership Academy in southern China. By creating this program, AEGON will help create a new generation of Asian business leaders for the company. Talented employees from across the region will be taken in and given the opportunity to share knowledge and experience, and learn more about AEGON's business practices.
