Bardon Hill Quarry Program, a CSR Program by Aggregate Industries, Inc.

Bardon Hill forms the highest point of Leicestershire and the stone, quarry, has been at the heart of this company and its communities for many years. One of the main goals of this community program is to raise awareness of Aggregate Industries' material, resources, and industry as a whole. A long-term project of this program is to renovate and extend the drystone walls around Bardon Hill. Along with environmental improvements, this program also aims at enhancing community safety throughout this industry by leasing a patrol car used by community police. As Bardon Hill Quarry has been a beacon to this company, Aggregate Industries hopes to be a beacon to its communities.
