Building Remodeling, a CSR Program by American Century Investments

American Century Investments remodeled buildings in 2007 to make them more environmentally friendly. Steps taken to remodel the buildings included the following:
recycled ceiling tiles, data wiring and carpet, switching to energy efficient light bulbs, replacing break room appliances with Energy-Star approved appliances, using formaldehyde-free counter tops, installing a temperature control system and using mulch made from recycled rubber.

To encourage further sustainability efforts, American Century Investments educated their employees on America Recycles Day about protecting the environment with their actions.
