Community Education: Financial and Volunteer Assistance and Outreach Programs, a CSR Program by Fluor Corporation

Fluor supports education through various outreach programs as well as providing financial and volunteer assistance.

Fluor's Engineer's Week in 2007 was able to reach over 20,000 students by having employees visits local schools to help children learn the important aspects of science and to better understand the field of engineering.

Fluor is also heavily involved in College Relations and School Partnerships. In the college relations program, Fluor is responsible for providing grants and scholarships at select universities. In local communities, Fluor partners with programs and schools that advance math and science education, teacher training, literacy, and economics education.

Fluor is also responsible for several scholarship funds including the Fluor Scholarship Program, Job Corps Scholarships, Fluor Bursary Scheme - South Africa, and the Fluor Aggie Scholarship Fund.
