Daido Life Foundation, a CSR Program by T&D Holdings, Inc.

Daido Life Foundation was developed to promote cultural exchanges between Japan and other countries. The foundation was established during the 80th anniversary of the company. This foundation helps the internationalization of Japan.

The awards program is one of the ways the foundation reaches out to various countries. The awards are specifically presented to researches that achieved important results in their area studies. People who advance the idea mutual international understanding also receive the foundation award.

In order to promote mutual cultural understand among Japan and other Asian cultures, the foundation translates modern Asian literature in to Japanese. Also, Japanese literature is translated into several Asian languages. The foundation also supports local schools through scholarships and book donations.
