Employee Community Contribution, a CSR Program by American Century Investments

American Century Investments employees strive to take care of their community. Over the course of a year, employees volunteered for more than 6,800 hours at local organizations located in Kansas City, New York City and Mountain View, CA.

Employees also donated more than 100 hours of volunteer hours at Kansas City Ronald McDonald House. During the volunteer hours, employees moved furniture, prepared meals and cleaned rooms. They also donate money to Dollars for Doers program and discount tickets for art performances. American Century Investments recognizes an outstanding employee volunteer each year. The company also contributes to art, education, civic issues and health and human services in the community.
