Employee Shareholding and Savings in Vivendi, a CSR Program by Vivendi S.A.

The Vivendi group supports a policy encouraging employee shareholding. This has strengthened its efforts on behalf of this type of share acquisition in 2007 and 2008.

The goal is to allow all employees to enjoy the benefits of employee shareholding without risk, thus increasing the percentage of capital owned by the employees. This operation was extremely successful, with an over subsription of 110 percent.
