Endeavor “Venture Catalyst” Model, a CSR Program by Citigroup Inc.

"The Citi Foundation supports the Endeavor “Venture Catalyst” Model, which aids high-impact emerging market entrepreneurs to overcome obstacles in order to achieve lasting success. The model works to connect a group of selected entrepreneurs in South Africa and Turkey to a local network of successful business people and investors with the resources and skills to help take their business ideas to scale. Endeavor provides customized technical assistance, while the business leaders commit financial, strategic and networking support to the entrepreneurs. Since its launch in 1997, Endeavor has screened more than 15,500 entrepreneurs and selected 321 to receive full support."
