Healthy Family Home, a CSR Program by Eli Lilly and Company

The YMCA and Eli Lilly partnered together to create Healthy Family Home to help American families make small changes to make a big differences in health.

Healthy Family Home is designed to work in homes in any community, and allows families to pick their own actions and health goals. The hope is that families will make wholesome choices each day to sustain an improved quality of life.
