Hydro Integrity Program, a CSR Program by Norsk Hydro ASA

Hydro is concerned with raising awareness of unethical behavior so it developed the Integrity Program. The program consists of three parts: compliance to company policy, commitment principles laid out by Transparency International and
Nations Global Compact, and finally internal issues to be implemented. The program was developed into a handbook for its employees, and workshops are held to enforce its content.
