Johnson & Johnson/UCLA Management Development Institute, a CSR Program by Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc.

"In 2006, Johnson & Johnson and UCLA teamed up to create the Management Development Institute (MDI), a one-week intensive training program for health care professionals. MDI is designed to enhance the management and leadership skills of health care leaders of East African organizations devoted to the care, treatment and support of people and their families living with HIV/AIDS. The program is delivered by an international group of world-class management faculty, including local practitioners who help bring the African point of view."
