Matching Gifts Program, a CSR Program by Aetna Inc.

Aetna's Matching Gifts Program supports all Aetna employees and retirees who continue to give their time and money to non-profit organizations. Aetna gives up to $300 per employee or retiree volunteer to eligible organizations where that person volunteers 20+ hours per year. They also provide up to $5,000 to support an individual's donation to a qualifying non-profit organization. In 2007, Aetna and employees contributed $10.5 million through the Matching Gifts program.
