"The Nissan Leadership Program for Innovative Engineers (Nissan LPIE)is a program implemented under the basic theme of realizing a combination of Humanity and Sustainability while taking into consideration global environmental constraints. The program is aimed at developing engineers who possess the creativity to develop safe and sustainable social systems, the ability to come up with feasible proposals to deal with difficult issues that are still to be solved, and the capacity to become management and social leaders."
