Promoting Diversity at AMEC, a CSR Program by AMEC

Go Eng Girl event, AMEC Aboriginal Scholarship and raising awareness for immigrant engineers contribute to diversity promotion at AMEC. At the Go Eng Girl event, AMEC employees interest middle school and high school girls in engineering. Girls learn about the benefits of working in the engineering field. AMEC sponsors the event and helps transport girls to the event locations.

AMEC Aboriginal Scholarship is utilized to promote diversity and attract Canadian women majoring in engineering. Canadian Engineering Memorial Foundation and AMEC partner to provide scholarships for undergraduate and graduate engineering students.

AMEC supports raising awareness for immigrant engineers that struggle to accredit their engineering degrees in foreign countries. AMEC employees speak at international conferences to raise awareness.
