Renaissance Programme, a CSR Program by Adecco Management and Consulting SA
In 2000, Adecco USA created the "Renaissance Programme" targeted toward workers over 50. Adecco believes that mature workers and retirees add value to the American workforce. This program encourages older workers to apply for temporary positions. Specific recruitment materials targeted toward this generation were developed. Adecco offers full- and part-time benefits to employees over 50. Some of the benefits include flexible work schedules, tuition reimbursement, online training, certification classes, and in-house classroom training.
Between 2002 to 2006, Adecco's program was recognized by the "American Association of Retired Persons" as one of the "Best Companies for Workers Over 50."
