The Cradle Project, a CSR Program by Investec Limited

The Cradle Project is a committee founded by employees in 1998 that initiates and oversees the initiation, fundraising and responsibility for community activities. These activities aid charitable and welfare organizations that are not very well known or supported. Committee contributions are not exclusively financial, but also consist of donations of skill use and time.
Through its community activities, The Cradle Project focuses on HIV/AIDS, education, disaster relief, community care, welfare, health and animals. Activities include regular distribution of food and supplies such as blankets, toys and school shoes to children, as well as food and clothing to the homeless and house-fire and flood victims. It also provides disadvantaged children with fun excursions.
