The Lilly MDR-TB Partnership, a CSR Program by Eli Lilly and Company

The Lilly MDR-TB Partnership revolves around the possibility of saving lives by preventing and treating multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), a disease that affects people in the poorest regions of the world.

The partnership hopes to fight the disease by sharing drug-manufacturing technology with pharmaceutical companies in the regions most at risk, by increasing drug supply through the World Health Organization and providing local training in prevention and treatment.
